🏛️ State License Law 📍 GeorgiaThe Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) regulates and licenses real estate professionals in the state. To earn a Georgia salesperson license, an applicant must complete a 75-hour approved pre-license course and pass the licensing exam, then complete a 25-hour post-license course during the first year of licensure. A Georgia salesperson cannot operate independently and must work under the supervision of a licensed Georgia broker, who is responsible for the salesperson's real estate activities.
