🏛️ State License Law 📍 NevadaThe Nevada Real Estate Division investigates complaints against licensees, and the Nevada Real Estate Commission may impose discipline for violations of the license law and regulations. Sanctions can include denial, suspension, or revocation of a license, as well as administrative fines per violation. Grounds for discipline commonly involve misrepresentation, fraud, dishonest dealing, and mishandling of client trust funds.
