🏛️ State License Law 📍 Nevada

📖 What you need to know

Nevada requires real estate advertising to be truthful and not misleading, and advertising by a salesperson must be done under the supervision of and identify the licensee's brokerage rather than implying the salesperson operates independently. Licensees must avoid false or deceptive statements about properties, services, or terms in any medium, including online listings. Brokers are responsible for maintaining transaction and trust-account records and for keeping client funds in proper trust accounts without commingling or conversion. These records must be retained for the period required by Nevada law and made available to the Real Estate Division upon request during audits or investigations.
