🏛️ State License Law 📍 MinnesotaMinnesota real estate licenses are issued and regulated by the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Before licensing, a salesperson candidate must complete 90 hours of approved pre-license education, delivered as three 30-hour courses (Course I, Course II, and Course III), and pass the state exam. A salesperson cannot operate independently: the license must be held and supervised by a licensed Minnesota real estate broker, who is responsible for the salesperson's professional activities and compensation.
